Perkasie, PA

I don't have any pictures or videos to post to this blog, just my true experiences while living in a true haunted house. I was living in my friends house in Perkasie, PA. That is located just south of the Ponono Mountains. The house is 100+ year old which sits on a hill along the edge of a cemetery. Also a cemetary across the street. All the houses on this street which sits along the cemetary had their own stories to share as well.

One day I was sitting in the computer room, which was at the top of the stairs. The computer was facing the wall, and behind me was an screened in porch. I was the only one in the room. While i was updating my myspace account I saw a shadow at around 5 feet high from the ground, move from the direction of inside the computer room out towards the stairs. I thought it was a little spooky at the time, but I new the house to be haunted and just continued with my updating. About 10 minutes later the phone rang and it was for one of the guys that lived in the house. I walked out of the computer room, out into the hallway of the second floor and reached the door to the third floor. I yelled from the bottom of the stairs up to the third floor to let my friend know that the phone was for him. As he was coming down the stairs he said, "I didn't know you were home." I said i got home around 10 minutes ago. He said to me, "just so you know I was in the computer room about 1/2 hour ago and there were shadows on the walls coming in and out of that room." That's when I knew that i wasn't seeing shadows, I wasn't alone.

The next experience in the same house was i was leaving for work early in the morning one day. When I came downstairs and looked to my left i noticed the kitten sleeping on the couch. I continued to move into the kitchen to grab my keys and headed for the front door. As i approached the front door and could see the kitten still sleeping on the couch, i heard the sounds of a cat toy (round ball with a bell in the middle) roll across the hardwood floor. I turned around and the cat toy was rolling towards me. I could see the kitten still sleeping on the couch. I walked over to the cat toy and didn't see any apparitions or anything in front of me and asked out loud for the unknown to move the toy again. I then asked, "push the toy to me." I didn't receive any response and left out the front door to go to work.

There were other odds and ends that took place in the house but these are the only two that were really worth sharing.
